TRIPS & TOURS

Trip(s) canceled due to COMPANY related business - Full refund is permitted  
Customer unable to travel due to extenuating circumstances – Refunds handled on a “case by case” basis.  

SEAT RESERVATIONS

DEPOSITS
Must be received within 72 hours of your reservation to hold your seat
  • TWO day Tour    -     $30.00 per reservation
         *Are not applicable on one day OR turn around trips.

  • ONE day  -   FULL Payment is due.
        *Applied to the total due (receipt provided)

TRIP BALANCE PAYMENT
Due no later than 3 (three) days before the scheduled trip  

"Please Note” - should circumstances arise which prohibit submitting a deposit notify
our office. Failing to submit deposits in allotted time-frame may result in forfeiture of reservation.

SEATING PROCEDURE
  • CAPACITY multiple day tours, seats assigned as deposits received from front to rear.
  • ESCORTED multiple day tours seats rotated at the escort’s discretion.
  • ONE DAY / TURN AROUND Tours - seating available on a first come, first serve basis.  

“Please Note” - The Tour Coordinator reserves the right to request reasonable seat changes to accommodate special needs and/or
traveling companions.


GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

When California Touch of Class is notified three (3) working days prior to the scheduled departure date, a FULL refund will be made.   
If  cancellation is made later than three (3) working days, up to and including “on the spot” cancellations no monies will be refunded.  


Smoking

All California Touch of Class motor coaches and vehicles are “smoke-free”. Additionally tour scheduling is such that the frequency of
rest and/or meal stops may or may not accommodate smokers.

Reserving a Tour

Seating Procedure
On capacity multiple day tours, seats are assigned as deposits are received, from front to rear.  On multiple day tours that are
escorted, seats may be rotated at the escorts’ discretion. On one day tours, seating is available on a “first come, first serve” basis.  
The tour director reserves the right to request a reasonable seat choice to accommodate traveling companions.
