Modern Coaches
California Touch of Class operates a fleet of modern coaches with amenities including air
conditioning, reclining seats, restrooms, and DVD.
Baggage
All tours include baggage handling for one piece of luggage per person. Passenger may bring
small bags or train cases aboard the coach without charge. No large luggage is allowed on the
coach.
Traveling Alone
We request that a person traveling alone provide us the name, address and telephone number of
an individual to contact in the event of an emergency.
Tour Departures
All tours depart from the California Touch of Class office in Los Angeles, where free parking is
available. Although we assume no risk, the parking is well lit and our facility is manned twenty-four
hours. Additional departures are available. Call office for one located near you.
Cancellation Policy
If California Touch of Class is notified three (3) working days prior to scheduled departure date, a
full refund will be made. If cancellation is made later than three (3) working days but prior to
twenty-four (24) hours of departure, no monies will be refunded.
Smoking
On all tours smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach. However, tour scheduling is such that
the frequency of rest and meal stops may, or may not accommodate smokers.
Reserving a Tour
Upon deciding which tour(s) you would like to join, please (1) call in reservation; (2) Completely
fill out reservation form and include with your payment. Reservation will be held for 72 hours
pending receipt of required deposit. Should circumstances arise which prohibit your submitting
deposit, please notify our office. Failure to submit deposit in allotted time could result in forfeiture
of reservation. Written tour confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit/payment. Deposit
requirements are as follows:
Three or more days: $45.00 per person
Two Day Tours: $20.00 per person
One Day Tours: FULL PAYMENT
Las Vegas/Laughlin Run FULL PAYMENT
Seating Procedure
On capacity multiple day tours, seats will be assigned as deposits are received from front to rear.
On multiple day tours that are escorted, seats may be rotated at the escorts discretion. On one day
tours, seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The tour director reserves the right
to request a reasonable seat choice in order to accommodate traveling companions.
Senior Discount
A 5% senior discount is available on all tours. To qualify for the senior discount, you simply need
to be eligible by showing your senior citizen card. Do not apply discount to deposit amount.
Discount will be applied to final price of tour as reflected by written tour confirmation.
